Mirific Work

Decisions reach your team where it already talks.

When a Strategic Project slips, Mirific Work puts forward a proposal with its evidence. An Owner or Admin decides, the plan changes, and your Microsoft Teams channel hears every step.

The problem

A slip is cheapest in the week it starts.

Projects rarely fail in a meeting. They drift for weeks before anyone with the authority to act hears about it, and by then the choices are fewer and dearer. Mirific Work closes that gap.

  1. 1More than two weeks behind pace. Mirific Work puts forward a proposal, and the channel hears it the same day.
  2. 2The next review meeting, where the slip would otherwise be heard for the first time.

How it works

From a slip to a decision, in four steps.

Each step is recorded in Mirific, and each one reaches your Teams channel as a card.

  1. Noticed

Every night Mirific reads each open Strategic Project. One that is more than two weeks behind pace, or has reached its Stop Criterion with no decision recorded, needs a decision.

  2. Proposed

Mirific Work puts forward one proposal, with its evidence in plain sentences and up to three actions, such as putting the project in the Decide queue or handing a Deliverable to an owner with room.

  3. Decided

An Owner or Admin approves or rejects it. Never the person who proposed it, and never the owner of a Deliverable it would change.

  4. Carried out

An approved change is made in the plan at once, under Mirific Work's name, and keeps what it replaced, so one press reverses it.

What a leader sees

Every proposal, every decision, and what the channel was told.

On each Strategic Project that carries a proposal, the Mirific Work panel shows three things, in one place.

  • What waits

The open proposal, its evidence and its actions, with Approve and Reject for the people who may decide it.

  • What was decided

Who approved or rejected each proposal and when, and a Reverse for an Owner or Admin on any change that was carried out.

  • What the channel heard

Each card sent to your Teams channel, step by step, so nobody has to wonder whether the team was told.

Governance

The decision stays in Mirific.

  • Made inside Mirific

The change itself is made in Mirific, never in another system, and only after an Owner or Admin approves it. Neither the person who proposed it nor an owner named in it can approve it.

  • Every change can be reversed

Each carried-out change keeps what it replaced, so it can be undone, and the record shows both.

  • Your channel

An Owner or Admin connects the channel by saving a Teams Workflows address. It is stored encrypted and never shown back.

  • The channel never blocks

If a post cannot be delivered, the decision still goes through, and the panel records that the card did not arrive.

Why it matters

The business keeps moving when the owner is out of the room.

  • Slips are met while they are small

A project that falls behind is in front of the people who can act within a day, not at the end of the quarter.

  • Nobody has to chase

The proposal arrives with its evidence, so the decision does not wait on one person to notice, gather the facts and call a meeting.

  • Every change has a name and a way back

Who proposed it, who approved it, what changed and what it replaced, kept on the record and reversible.

Mirific proposes. People decide.

Mirific Work never changes the plan on its own. A named Owner or Admin approves every change, and the team hears the outcome in its own channel.
